I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in Srinagar. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. The rooms were neat, clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the location was perfect - close to the airport and just a short distance from the beautiful Dal Lake. I also must commend the hotel on their delicious food in the restaurant.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to all our needs, making our stay truly memorable. We felt safe throughout our time here, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room was comfortable and provided a pleasant atmosphere, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the food at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from including the flavorful Kashmiri chicken and mutton biryani. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Located close to the airport and Dal Lake, this hotel provides a convenient base. the rooms are decent and come with helpful facilities such as electric heated blankets. the friendly staff offer top notch service and do their best to make guests feel welcome.
One of the reviews mentioned issues with the WiFi, which could be problematic who need to stay connected.

The hotel's location near Dal lake and the airport is very convenient, allowing for easy access to both natural beauty and transportation. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were well-maintained and had a pleasant atmosphere, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Very Convenient Location, Comfortable Beds, Nice Staff
The hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to key attractions. The beds were very comfortable and allowed for a great night's sleep. The staff were nice and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests.
The check-in process was very unorganized and confusing, which made the beginning of our stay stressful. The Wi-Fi was not working properly, which made it difficult to stay connected and keep in touch with family and friends back home.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
